Chocolate is one of the most delicious things in life! I don’t know about you but I LOVE chocolate. How about chocolate for breakfast? Why not? Goes great with morning coffee. 😉
Tiffany over at Don’t Waste the Crumbs has an amazing Pumpkin Swirl Black Bean Brownies recipe! These are amazing! Made with black beans for protein, pumpkin for a veggie and real maple syrup for the sweetener. Serving it this way is much healthier than traditional brownies so I feel good about serving them for breakfast, or any other time we decide we just NEED a brownie!
You should also try Tiffany’s Spatchcock Chicken Recipe. I’ve posted about this recipe before, though it is worth mentioning again because it is SO flavorfully scrumptious! I’ve made it many times. It is one of my very favorite ways to prepare chicken. Then I use those carcasses to make bone broth. Mmmmmmm. Anyway, Tiffany really has so many cool things on her blog from recipes, to how to save money on groceries, to gardening hacks. Go check her out!
My son Caleb loves these brownies. He’s giving me a thumbs up as you can see in the photo. Haha! He’s such a sweet & fun little boy. And he’s growing up so fast! He’s turning 2 tomorrow! He’s been such a blessing to my husband & I. Happy Birthday Caleb! We love you so much!
