I’ve been playing around with Einkorn for a couple of years now. Admittedly I get frustrated with the extreme stickiness of the dough, recipes not turning out right, & sometimes I’m just lazy on the bread making. So I end up buying bread at the store instead of making it at home like I should. I know, I know, it’s a bad attitude. Shameful. I want to change!
